As you speak to Gus, he reveals that an incident with turnip bread has made Grumpy Phil mad at him and he wants to make amends. He suggests defeating 3 4+ story Cashbot buildings because Phil hates Cashbots. After doing so, you go tell Phil at The Frozen Nose on Sleet Street what you've done. Phil is still upset over the incident because it broke his gold tooth. He asks you to take it to Dr. Mumbleface at Chattering Teeth, Subzero Dentist on the same street to get it fixed. Dr. Mumbleface claims that it will take some time to fix; he suggests killing time by defeating 8 cogs of a certain type. After doing so, he reveals that a Mr. Hollywood/Robber Baron/Big Wig/Big Cheese has stolen the tooth after he fixed it, so you must retrieve it from them. When you finally get the gold tooth and show it to Dr. Mumbleface, he lets you deliver it to Grumpy Phil. After getting it back on, Phil forgives Gus Gooseburger and asks you to pass on the message. Gus is overjoyed and has you deliver Pine Cone Bread to Phil to cement their rekindled friendship. When Gus receives the bread, he takes a bite and breaks his tooth again. Although angry at Gus again, he knows it wasn't your fault and rewards you with teleportation access to The Brrrgh.
