- Jamie is very close to all of his aunts, including Taylor, and they see eachother regularly at family events such as Thanksgiving. Given that Jamie shows a fondness for all of his family, it is likely that he and Taylor have a good relationship.
- Jamie knew Peyton from birth and like most of his parents close friends he regarded her as an aunt. Obviously her number one priority, Haley is always ensuring Jamie is safe and happy, always putting him before her in every decision she makes.

At first Nathan was upset about the pregnancy as he thought it would destroy his plans for his future but he soon realises that the baby wouldn’t and he comes around to the idea although being scared he wouldn’t be a good father. But when Nathan sees that he’s hurting his family he starts to overcome his depression. Afterwards Nathan and Jamie are very close and share a very special relationship and are like best friends. Also Jamie greatly admires his father and has all his basketball jerseys in his room. They also have a joint passion for basketball and Jamie wants to be just like Nathan. Whenever Nathan is doing something its always his main priority that it will not negatively affect his family.
- Since Cooper didn't live close to Jamie its unlikely that they had very much contact with each other. Although since Jamie's father had a close relationship with Cooper its likely that Jamie and Cooper had a good relationship to.
- Lily and Jamie were born on the first day and shared a strong bond considering the closeness of their families. And when Lily left travelling the two remained in contact.
- Jamie had a good relationship with Clay due to him at first being his father's agent and Clay would often hang out with Jamie and take care of him. Because Jamie is very close to his aunt when Clay and Quinn started dating Clay and Jamie spent even more time together getting on very well together.

- Jamie had a very close relationship with his grandmother until she died and was greatly affected by her sudden death. But was still able to spend time with her before she died and they talked about his grandfather. They shared a very close relationship like Lydia shares with all her children. And before she died Jamie read her a story his mother would read to him when ever he was ill to help her feel better.
- Lucas was both Jamie's uncle and godfather. Jamie was born shortly after the death of Lucas' uncle Keith with whom he had a very strong relationship with. Due to this Lucas tried to be like Keith. And during Jamie's baby year when his parents were in college Lucas helped to raise Jamie. And when Nathan was diagnosed with depression after his accident he stepped up even more. But after Lucas' daughter was born Lucas and his family started to travel the world, so Jamie didn't see Lucas as much as he wanted although they did remain in contact.
- Like with all Jamie aunts, Quinn has a very close relationship. And Jamie would often visit Quinn and her husband David during the weekend and enjoyed spending time with them. When Quinn separated from her husband she came to live with the Scotts and form are sibling like relationship with Jamie, once even setting up a treasure hunt to entertain Jamie during Haley's depression.
- Keith was killed before Jamie was born although Jamie greatly admired Keith and wished he hadn't died. Once Jamie discovered Dan killed Keith he isolated himself from him in respect to Keith.
- Until Jamie was four he didn't meet Dan due to Dan being in jail and Jamie's parents not wanting Dan to be part of Jamie's life after he murdered Keith. But when Carrie kidnaps Jamie and Dan saves him they start their relationship. At first Jamie and his grandfather can only talk while Jamie is at school but after Dan once again saves Jamie as well as Haley both her and Nathan allow them to spend more time together but when Jamie learns of Dans part in Keith's murder they break contact although Jamie would always watch Dan's show although his parent's disagreed.When Dan returned to Tree Hill they regained their close friendship.
- Jimmy first meet Jamie after he was born but it's unknown how much time they spent together before Jimmy died before Jamie was four. When Lydia comes to see Jamie before she dies Jamie tells her he doesn't remember his grandfather very well but Lydia remarks that Jimmy loved Jamie a lot and he has Jimmy's smile.

Brooke loves Jamie very much, and Brooke will go up risking her life to save that of Jamie. It’s thanks Jamie to Brooke wanted children.
- Jamie is Quinn's nephew and Logan's adoptive cousin. Both seem close, they threw watter bombs on Logan's parents and Jamie's godmother and Julian. Later Logan is see at Jamie's match and encourages him.
