  • Dangling, sometimes known as dancing, is a scoring maneuver, which involves use of the guard puck function. In order to successfully dangle, a player must use the guard puck function, while in close quarters to the goal. It usually incorporates a sharp directional change pulling the player across the front of the net, as the guard puck button is pressed. When the guard puck maneuver is complete, the player will quickly shoot the puck, dumping it behind the goalie as they come across the opposite corner of the net.
  • Dangle is an action released in July 2007. It was Nitrome's first game sponsored by MTV Arcade. The player controls a small black spider with the goal of reaching the bottom ground before running out of hearts. The gameplay in this game heavily influenced the gameplay of the future game Swindler and it's sequel.
  • In Round 1, Tommy buzzes in and correctly defines Dangle as "to hang loosely, and sway back and forth." After seeing the prize (a dictionary), Tommy's response was, "Like I need that--I'm a walking dictionary!" He proceeds to rattle off definitions for several other words previously featured in this segment, but Beau stops him, saying "then you surely know what farewell means!"

In the bonus round, Tommy correctly chooses picture #1, where Huggy is dangling from a tree. After seeing the calculator was the bonus prize, Tommy again says, "Like I need that." He starts to rattle off an equation with large numbers, but Beau interrupts him.
