Matt A Door is the second son of Dara and Humfrey. He is the full brother of Dafrey and half-brother of Rosetta, Crombie, and Hugo. He can make doors into unobtainable areas. Dara still had part of a soul left, so she assumed the image of Maiden Taiwan and seduced Humfrey. When Matt was delivered, Dara did not take care for him. At the age of two, he set out to find his father. He stumbled into the lair of the Roc of Ages. She took him under her wing where he slept for more than a lifetime. He died and is on Ptero now, though he did not know he was dead until Umlaut told him.
