Jeffrey Thomas is a doctor who looked over Charlotte Grayson's rehabilitation progress. As it turns out, Dr. Thomas, operating under three different names, has been sued six times before for the crime of prolonging his patients' stay for an increased billing. This time, working under Conrad Grayson's permission, he fakes Charlotte's blood tests to show that she is still taking drugs and is mentally unfit to handle her inheritance from the apparently deceased Victoria Grayson, so Conrad will get to have full custody of the money. In "Resurrection", Emily exposes the doctor's record to Daniel, who forces him to get Charlotte released.
