| - A native of Luna, Josephine (turned Evie) was born April 28th, 3985 and is neither orphan nor estranged child, nor is her personal history riddled with tragic events or grand deeds. Raised by her two surgeon parents selfishly home-bound, the startlingly clever girl inherited her parents' taste for medicine and followed in their steps. Despite the surface rapport of shared interest, Evie's relationship with her parents was a strained one; she fought against their strict rule with great zeal, and developed the overwhelming need to question authority in every form.

Her trip through school from day one was like floating on a nice, tropical breeze inasmuch as any ancient Earth-bound hurricane could be considered a tropical breeze. Despite conflicts with teachers on a regular (a.k.a daily) basis, the girl never actually had to exert herself mentally. Because of her eagerness to learn and ability to retain, she sped through med school like a kid on crack and even managed to finish her medical internship by age 21. At this point, the disgruntled and now-ambitionless girl still living at home with mom and pop found herself face-to-face with a dilemma: actually get a real job and stop mooching from her parents, or sit on her butt at home and receive lectures every day. Conveniently, it was at this same time that she bumped into the rogue, mysterious man - Musashi - on a "business trip" to Luna. Their story involves something along the lines of a scuffle, a bit of gauze, a complete coincidence, and two completely conflicting personalities. It wasn't but two days passed in Musashi's company before Evie up and decided to leave her life behind to travel with the enigmatic man. The option of delving into a life of shady deals, calling one's own shots (or so she thought), and still not having to think completely for herself apparently appealed far greater than a humdrum life as yet another surgeon upon some ship in the underpaid employ of the Union. No word was given to her family, and for all they know to this day she could be dead. With name and appearance altered (non-surgically, of course), she has slipped into her new guise as sidekick to Musashi like a fish into water.
