After three failed attempts to recharge the Bot, Red-Horse briefed Captain Sheridan and Commander Ivanova on her initial findings; that the artifact somehow drained every last milliwatt of power and that the drain is directly related to the proximity of the Bot's on-board power source, explaining why the Starfurys and Shuttles were similarly affected when it was towed out of hyperspace.
