Simon Muntner (born August 19, 1930 - died November 3, 2005) was involved in a total of seven episodes of the CBS-TV series M*A*S*H . Among the many series and films he had a hand in writing for (over 400), includes episodes for Maude, ABC-TV's Fish, Alice, Love, American Style, The Dukes of Hazzard, and the short-lived CBS drama/soap series American Girls in the 1970s, and later on in the 1980's , NBC-TV's Hunter, the The Dukes of Hazzard spinoff Enos, and NBC-TV's Knight Rider which co-starred David Hasselhoff and Edward Mulhare. Munter broke into Hollywood as a writer for an episode of another Larry Gelbart/Gene Reynolds produced series, the short-lived Roll Out sitcom.
