Magē Kata (芸術曲げ, Literally meaning: Bending Sage Fist) are ancient forms of Nintaijutsu developed and used by the monks of Kōten no Kuni. There are a total five branches, with each branch corresponding with one of the basic elemental chakra natures. As its name implies, practitioners of each branch are able to manipulate the element as an extension of their bodies with utmost proficiency.
