  • Lochwinnoch is a small village in Renfrewshire. It is 8 miles from Paisley and 5 miles from Johnstone. It is a rural village situated on a hillside on the banks of the Loch Winnoch where it takes its name from. Most of the housing in the village are cottage flats built in the inter-war years, 19th century two storey tenements (although there is one row of three storey tenements) and many high value detached and semi detached homes. However there are a few 2 storey flats and semi detached council-built properties from the 1960s and on Ewing Avenue there is one 6 storey block of maisonettes and flats.
