During the time of Viamontian occupation starting in 804 RC, Celdon was the capital of Aluvia. Thrushhaven, the traditional highland fortress of the Aluvian Kings, was deemed too old and remote for Viamont Royal Governor Alfric, and thus he began the construction of the Tower of Alfric on an island in the middle of the Canfeld and Celdon itself. Celdon was also the location where the rebellion of the Orts against Alfrega started after the execution of an Aluvian peasant. The Celdon smiths were known for their craft, and their secrets were used to create the Viamontian Armor.
