The Black Canyon is the final accessible dungeon in the underground of the Shallow Land. Once you have found Blue Pikmin, you can get here. It resembles the abyss area of The Forest Navel in the first canon Pikmin game. Passages are narrow but have protective edges. Still, be careful where you throw your Pikmin. The path may be dark and ominous, but Glowcaps provide light on the paths. There are several reservoirs around the dungeon. Sometimes, you might have to release water from a reservoir to let it flow down one of the paths to extinguish flames that block the way. Compared to other dungeons, there are decidedly less enemies in this one, despite the fact that it is the area's final dungeon.
