  • History of this race is unknown.
  • Horrors (ホラー, Horā) are fictional monsters in the Tokusatsu series GARO, creatures that Makai Knights face.
  • The Horrors are a diverse range of inter-planar creatures that personify the Scourge - they are corrupt entities of malice and destruction. Horrors are not Namegivers, but are sometimes referred to as Name-eaters.
  • Horrors in Rubi-Ka are as aggresive as their Shadowland namesakes even through they're based on an organ used in the digestive system.
  • In the Earthdawn universe, magic goes through cycles. As the magic level rises, it allows Horrors to cross from their distant, otherworldly dimension into the human's world. The Horrors come in an almost infinite variety—from simple eating machines that devour all they encounter, to incredibly intelligent and cunning foes that feed off the negative emotions they inspire in their prey.
  • Horrors are creatures/spirits that date back to The Fourth World and earlier. They are able to access our world when the mana levels are high enough. In the Earthdawn universe, they are said to come from the "dark corners of the netherworlds." This would seem to correspond to the deep metaplanes that have been discovered.
  • Horros are originally from a demon world in another plane of existence, the Horrors appear in the human world, attracted by the darkness inside human beings that they feed on. The Horrors come in many forms; they usually come in a black-winged skeleton humanoid form that can fly and feed upon humans. Beyond the basic skeletal humanoid form, various Horrors take the form of an object to kill their prey. Others are animal themed such as a fish or a spider. Based on the object or animal form taken, they might revert back into a mechanical or mythical monstrosity. They also speak in a language which could be understood by either a Horror Eater or a potential host. Each Horror has unique tastes, feeding on specific emotions and taking over the human as host to stalk other humans to feast on. Th
  • The Lesser Daemons of Tzeentch are known as Horrors. They take two distinct forms - the Pink Horror and the Blue Horror, but they fight side by side as part of the same body of daemonic troops. Apart from its glowing pink skin, the Pink Horror is easily recognised by its high-pitched squeals of laughter, giving the daemon two of its other common names: the Squealer or Screamer. The second type of Horror is the Blue Horror. It is almost identical to the Pink Horror, but it is blue rather than pink and its temprement is quite different. It wears a perpetual scowl and is thoroughly bad-tempered. It sneers and grumbles, muttering to itself in a low, whining voice, which gives way in battle to a snarling outburst of rage.
  • Horrors work at Horrorland and act nice, but are actually evil, and spend their time making humans miserable. In One Day at Horrorland, the monsters have a game show that entails such features as directing an escaping family's car nearly off a cliff. In Return to Horrorland, they have a dental game where they drill through the teeth of humans. Their "amusement park" also features rides like Coffin Cruises, where the unfortunate riders are trapped in floating coffins that fill with water and other threats, and The Slide of Doom wherein a victim seemingly slides forever and forever (in reality, it is only a very long slide that eventually leads into another section of the park). They also appear to be man-eaters at times, given that some of their vendors sell fare such as literal human finge
  • The HorrorLand Horrors have been described in a variety of ways with horns on their heads similar to horned animals. * In One Day at Horrorland, the Horrors' skin color is light green. * In Return to HorrorLand, they are purple and green. * In Goosebumps HorrorLand, they are dark green. * In the television episode, they were tattered versions of human clothing, but are fully clothed. * In the video game, male Horrors usually only wear a shirt or go completely naked. The females were clothing the equivalent of bikinis. When the player uses the mask to turn into a Horror, regardless of gender, they are naked; their clothing returns when they are returned to human form. However, the mask may have grown over their body (the mask was magic after all), covering their human body
