Next appointed by a morbidly depressed Senate was Aulus Lucius from Italia at 52. Scandia was the least affected region and so was disrupted much less by the Miasmata. In 1628(875) an ADA in Scandia collaborated with a small merchant family to miniaturized a Vaposcvrr engine and put it on a long cart. Initially the steam boiler was placed in the traditional horizontal manner, and made of thick iron, but after a few years the boiler would be made thinner and lighter, as well as vertical, directly above the drive wheels. Early experiments always had trouble with balancing the still heavy engine and the relatively light cart-they tipped back on their hind wheels often. They were called extrudotrusi and they were designed to quicken deliveries in attempts to compensate for the decreased output

| - Next appointed by a morbidly depressed Senate was Aulus Lucius from Italia at 52. They were called extrudotrusi and they were designed to quicken deliveries in attempts to compensate for the decreased output, if there was so little to go out, it should at least go out real fast. This was theorised to allow the Vaposcvrr rails to be used on more far reaching travels and not have to stop at every city with a station to offload people and goods. People and goods who wanted to travel less than 100 milliarii would eventually be able to use extrudotrusi instead. They didn’t travel nearly as fast as vaposcvrr but did travel about 10 times the speed of a person (15-20 milliarii an hour (22-29km/h)). Crude steering apparatus were developed. On the extrudotrusi, the driver and load were placed in the front, the engine at the back. Now the only problem was fueling. A more efficient energy package than pruna (coal) could not be found, and usually pruna was expensive so wood was used instead. ADA’s all over the remaining empire worked to make the engine as effiecient and light as possible to get maximum use from the steam. Some scholars theorized having the actual steam generator as a stationary building and just the steam was transferred to a tank on the extrudotrusi. Experiments were run and the theory actually worked but a tank could not hold very much steam pressure over a distance of even 1 milliarum. So by the 1670's(917+) extrudotrusi would be somewhat common in larger cities; being huge road encompassing carts used mostly by larger and richer businesses. Half the extrudotrusi was used for storing coal or wood. If only some Abadsii could be persuaded to finance more public demand for development. Also, in 1628(875) the first Navifluitare (airships) were invented, they presented mostly a novelty for the rich. 1630-50's(877-97+) the Visigoth Caucus formed. By 1633(880) places like Parthia and Nubia had stabilized and now had a sort of despotic republic of their own. Informal relations were formed with these but true Romans still considered them rebels. The Kievian Rus in the far northern Sythian regions was continuing to strengthen in its locality, dominating the local barbarians. Rome worries about another invasion by north-eastern Slavs. Caesar Lucius died at 68 in 1634(881). Also this year, the Senate makes the city of Lutetia in Gallia Lugdunensis the official prime longitudianal reference for navigation. Again also, the first use of a differential gear set in an extrudotrusi axel was employed. It allowed for torque to be transmitted to both wheels but did not result in axel windup when the resistance to movement was different on each wheel.
