Walter Eickhoff (1861-24 July 1924) was a cabinet maker and local politician in the Bethnal Green area. The son of William Eickhoff, cabinet maker and chairman of the Tower Hamlets Floricultural Society, Walter became a poor law guardian and for many years was chairman of the Bethnal Green Board of Guardians. He was appointed to the Immigration Board of London, formed in 1906 to decide on right of refugees arriving via the Thames to remain in the country.
