The Fixed Quarters Calendar is a proposed non-perpetual solar calendar. It was created by Mirla Leal Villoro . Each year is divided into four quarters of 91 days. The quarters are divided into three months of 30, 30 and 31 days. In common years a 32nd day is added at the end of the last month of the last quarter. In leap years, at the same position, a double 32nd day is added. This calendar keeps the seven days week cycle and the displacement of dates on the day of the week. The year starts approximately with the vernal equinox.
