  • The first two seasons dealt with the usual responsibilities of the Adeptus Arbitres: hunting underhive gangs, investigating upper hive corruption, and generally enforcing Lex Imperialis. Although most of the stories took place within Yorkius, on occasion Decius would leave the city. During the second season, he also spent a number of episodes on a nearby Forge-World. The third season involved an adapted genestealer cult; instead of implanting its genes into a host then controlling them, the singular “Tyranid” used hypnotism to create a cult. Decius received help from Inquisitor Nox (voiced by actual inquisitor Jacob Flux) during this story-line. After confronting the Tyranid, Decius killed it and ended the cult. In the the fourth season, a Tau colony ship crash landed on the planet, only sixty miles from Yorkius. A heavily political story arc, Decius found himself acting as a mediator between Imperium officials and the dim-witted xenos. While some officials wanted the Tau off the planet, others wanted to exploit their technology. The situation became even more tense when a Deathwatch squad deployed to the planet, but Decius managed to stop bloodshed by summoning a new Tau ship to pick up the xenos. The fifth season had an minor ork WAAGH! attack the planet. Decius was forced to manage the panicking population, help Imperial Guard Commissars control two rival regiments, and fight against the invaders. This season became more bloody and gruesome, with the realities of war show in a clear light. By the end of the season, the orks had been forced to flee and Decius, having imposed martial law, began to rebuild the planet.
