Originally, there are is only one way to enter this plane, this also meant that there is only one way out. This exit was permitted by Seika's variant of Kamui, which he inherited from his brother. Due to the two eyes being the only known pathways into and out of this dimension, the only way for anyone to discover this plane it to transported there, or to actually obtain Seika's eyes. However, later on during his investment in combining the efforts of the Flying Thunder God Technique and Kamui, was able to link his specific usage of flying thunder god to this dimension.

As normal, this dimension is used mostly used for storage. And in the rare case of an enemy being transported there or actually arriving there from his eyes; they would be struck with the gravity of five times that of the normal plane, the only counteraction for this is by actually possessing Seika's chakra.. The dimension itself looks to be a white void of nothingness and makes the enemy think that they're under the influence of genjutsu when they really not. In order to insure that no one enters and exits within Seika's consent, the dimension is filled with nullifying chakra to block off teleportation used by anyone else over than Seika.
