  • The engine room has a worker in it and has a coal engine in the corner.
  • Concept Gallery artwork in Metroid Prime depicts an Engine Room. As no such room appears in the final game, it is likely that this room was scrapped in development. No evidence exists to support the room having survived the concept artwork stage to actual development, as with the Reactor Room. A black and white version of the artwork in the Concept Gallery contains notes heavily implying that this room was meant to appear in the crashed Frigate Orpheon: "Section B2, space pirate galleon wreck, Room 18 pg. 25". There is also the curious presence of a Chozo Artifact symbol on a wall in the room.
  • The Engine Room is an area of the Observatory Engine Room (Wii)|Wii|true Engine Room (DS)|DS|true
  • The Engine Room is the fifth level in Raider Zero.
  • The engine room of the Christa has changed and expanded throughout the series, much like the rest of the ship.
  • The Engine Room is a location for Resident Evil 5, featured in Chapter 6-3.
  • The engine room is a location onboard Mothership Zeta.
  • The Engine Room was a party room on the Music Cruise during the Music Jam 2014 and the Music Jam 2016. This room was located at the bottom left of the Music Cruise. The right hand side path led you to the Ship Lobby.
  • The Engine Room is one of the main locations on the S.S. Tipton. It is seen in the episode "I Brake for Whales".
  • The Engine Room is a huge, cavernous area inside The Rusty Bucket of Rusty Bucket Bay. With its cams, cranks, wafer-thin platforms, and deadly fans, it is possibly the most hated room in the entire Banjo-Kazooie series. The Engine Room (as well as possibly the rest of Rusty Bucket Bay) is referenced in Banjoland in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, where a signpost states that its difficulty was far too hardcore for today's modern players.
