The Criminal Prosecutions Act of 1932 is a landmark statute enacted by the Grand Washingtonian Assembly on 9 May 1932. It established the King's Loyal Prosecuting Service and the criminal procedure that goes along with that. The Crimes Act, which was adopted during the following year, expanded on this and established the Washingtonian Penal Code.
