A Hydra is a monster found in Daemonheim, which was released with the Dungeoneering skill on 12 April 2010. Its levels vary. It uses ranged attacks and seems to have good defence against melee and magic, but is itself weak to ranged, specifically thrown weapons. Its attacks come from each head, and they look like the old animation of a Fire Strike. They can be completely negated by the Protect from Missiles prayer. It is based on the Greek hydra.
