  • Mel Rubi is an American comic book artist who has worked on several comic books in Dark Horse Comics' Predator and Aliens vs. Predator lines. Formerly an artist of mainstream superhero fare mostly for Marvel Comics, Rubi was chosen by Dark Horse as the primary artist of the franchises-wide Xenogenesis cross-over event that went through the ALiens/Predator/Aliens vs. Predator comics in 1999 (marking the end of the lines for ten years). More recently Rubi has had a successful run as the regular artist of the Red Sonja comics series by Dynamite Comics.
