Benoit Larose (born May 31, 1973, in Ottawa, Ontario) is a former Canadian defenceman. He played in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 1990 to 1995 for the Laval Titan and the Victoriaville Tigres. In 1994-95 Larose also played some minor pro hockey. The Detroit Red Wings chose him 100th overall in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft but he did not come to terms with that team. In 1995 the Los Angeles Kings chose him 157th overall.
