The title screen is designed to look like the box of a children's board game. The game itself is about a cartoon donkey with a big target on its rear, standing in an empty, suburban backyard with some birthday decorations. Right at the start, the donkey insults the player, mocking them about no one showing up to their birthday party, and challenges them to pin the tail on him anyway. Certain swear words are censored and replaced with a cartoony sound effect. The donkey then starts jumping around the screen, continuing to insult and mock the player, who is now supposed to click the target to pin the tail on the donkey.

Once the player manages to do it, the donkey says “Ouch!” and drops to the ground. He then reappears in the center and challenges the player to do it another time. Yet again, he starts jumping around, mocking the player. After successfully pinning the tail on him a second time, the same thing happens again. If the player hits the target a third time, however, the donkey's face will suddenly jump close to the screen with bulging red eyes as he loudly screams in agony. After the Liquid Generation Sabotage jingle at the end, the donkey from the game shows up again instead of the cartoon ninja and says: “That's what you get for sticking stuff in a donkey's butt!”. He is then crushed by the LiquidGeneration.com link, just like the ninja.
