As In The Bardock TV Special, Vegeta was about 5 when goku was born, thus making him older, and during the son goku and friends return special vegeta is roughly 46, Meaning Goku is about 5 years younger then him, Although Vegeta Spent More time in the time chamber then goku, meaning that goku is probably about 6/7 years younger then vegeta now.
