Vietnam is a nation in South East Asia. After the Third World War, with their capital gone, and the majority of the communist party gone, Vietnam got transformed into a democracy. Soon, the next elections were held in 2009 and Đỗ Hoàng Điềm, member of the Vietnam Reform Party (Việt Tân) won. Later in 2010 the Spratly Islands was shared between Vietnam and Taiwan (Half the islands went to Vietnam and the other half went to Taiwan).
