The Grin Reaper is a Legendary Voodoo Mask for the Witch Doctor in Diablo III. It requires character level 50 to drop. The special property works exactly like the Mirror Image that the Wizard possesses as a skill: it creates two copies of the Witch Doctor (all three Witch Doctors appear like charred skeletons), who cast the same damaging spells as the original, with those spells dealing 100% of the original damage and benefitting from all runes and enhancements except those that increase damage of a particular skill. The only exception is Manitou: each Mimic can only have one, and it vanishes should the Mimic disappear.

The Mimics last for 7 seconds and have no cooldown, so it is possible to have them up and running non-stop. However, they can only be summoned by damaging attacks, when you actually hit an enemy. Note that Mimics can only cast spells that are damage-oriented; that is, one cannot use them to summon multiple pets or cast Big Bad Voodoo more than once. Prior to patch 2.1, it was notable for rolling reduced cooldowns for all skills.
