Performance incentive package will be based on top swimmers performance in National/International Level Competitions annually. 3. Team will cover cost of all travel meets nationally and internationally. 4. Round trip air ticket per year is included. 5. Includes paid vacation, food and living, plus a health care coverage. 6.
