| - To Brandon: As for the number of seers we currently have, you need all of the active ones to vote in order for it to pass. (Otherwise you need most of the active ones and probably Trak to vote.) TK has told me he intends to stay, though you'll have to take his word for it on that one. "Additionally, I do still feel he needs to work on the way he communicates with other users, especially if he's going to be a Seer." I'm not sure I really understand what you're talking about.--SavageOpress1138 Help you I can, yes 20:52, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
* TK will understand what I'm talking about in regards to the last point, which is why he should be addressing it—same with him saying he's going to be active, he should say that here too. As for the active ones, we also have the {{Signed}} template, which I use for Solus with her permission. As all of the active Seers + the templated Solus vote are available, we actually have more than enough. - Brandon Rhea File:Alliance Starbird.svg (talk) 20:53, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
* I'm sure TK would be happy to restate his activeness here.--SavageOpress1138 Help you I can, yes 21:07, July 8, 2011 (UTC) Trak is active Savage...more active than Bluethunder actually. And with Thunder's return, that is five seers.-I'm the Chosen OneYou must see it... 20:55, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
* Well, yes, she's active as a contributor, and more so than Bluethunder. When it comes to CoS, however, Bluethunder is more active than she is.--SavageOpress1138 Help you I can, yes 21:07, July 8, 2011 (UTC) To Goodwood: He comes on the IRC sometimes, and will gladly come on if he is asked to. He spends lots of time formatting, fixing, and helping articles. As for his objections, that's probably just something he could use a little work on. I'm sure with time he can figure out which ones are and which ones aren't. Nobody is perfect, you shouldn't expect TK to be.
* Regarding IRC: the time zone difference between the continental USA—the main location of users—and Hungary makes such communications harder. Also, my summer activity might see some setbacks, but I am active during weekends plus two or three other days. TK999—[Discuss] 21:10, July 8, 2011 (UTC) Frankly, you are mistaken Savage. Trak has always been more active on the Seer side than Bluethunder. In fact, aside from Goodwood, she is the most active Seer available. Just because she doesn't post things on the CS page, doesn't mean anything. She is notorious for copy-editing the articles and then voting. And because TK lives in Central Europe, he will never really be able that IRC Seer that Goodwood mandates. (That is not a non-endorsement by me)-I'm the Chosen OneYou must see it... 21:14, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
* If you say so. I'm not here to argue about who does more and how.--SavageOpress1138 Help you I can, yes 21:19, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
* Agreed. The fact is, all the people you mentioned + Trak are doing their jobs, so there's no need to debate the methods by which they do it. - Brandon Rhea File:Alliance Starbird.svg (talk) 21:21, July 8, 2011 (UTC) I would not say that we do not have a need for new Seers, as a few more never hurt, though I would say that we do not have any likeable canidates at this time. --D.W. (talk) 22:29, July 8, 2011 (UTC) To Sebolto: I don't really think that's a good reason for opposing. We could use more quality Seers, such as TK, to continue helping the FAs and GAs along. Also, that really isn't the reason other people are opposing.--SavageOpress1138 Help you I can, yes 03:01, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
* I am saying I agree with everyone else and then, in the next sentence, I list my own objection, that we don't really need him at the present moment. Sebolto 03:44, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
* Okay, I misunderstood your phrasing.--SavageOpress1138 Help you I can, yes 13:21, July 9, 2011 (UTC) Hey, is this a plus/minus thing or does it have to hit +5 at the end of the deadline to be accepted.-I'm the Chosen OneYou must see it... 22:34, July 11, 2011 (UTC)
* If Support has more votes than Oppose, the nomination is a success. If Oppose has more votes than Support, it fails. - Brandon Rhea File:Alliance Starbird.svg (talk) 01:12, July 12, 2011 (UTC) So it is plus/minus. What if it is a 0?-I'm the Chosen OneYou must see it... 01:22, July 12, 2011 (UTC)
* Zero means no consensus, which defaults to the nomination not passing. - Brandon Rhea File:Alliance Starbird.svg (talk) 01:43, July 12, 2011 (UTC)
* A week has passed now. Did the nom receive an extension? TK999—[Discuss] 10:25, July 16, 2011 (UTC)
