Sent for more brontos from Orzammar today. We lost two in a landslide, and they were carrying full loads of silver and iron. Those responsible have been flogged. The creatures are useful underground in wide tunnels, but not so sure-footed on the mountain passes. And bringing them to the surface in daylight is always a catastrophe waiting to happen. They're spooked by every sign of movement, and once riled up, they'll charge just about anything in sight. Bah. Must investigate the possibility of using a more even-tempered beast. Donkeys, perhaps? The humans swear by them.
