| - The post of supreme leader was established in year 77 along with the official birth of the sovereign state of North Galour. The position was taken by Zabazz Al Daggeth, who was a field marshal of the North Galourian Independence Army. Zabazz Daggeth was widely accepted as the natural leader of North Galour, as he himself had finally caused the split of South Galour and North Galour. Having strong support of the army, Daggeth was uncontested and became the self-declared leader of state. He was recognised as leader by several other nations. Following Daggeth's death in year 102, his son Duranak Al Daggeth succeeded him. As a result of the crippling North Galourian international image, Daggeth was forced to form the position of Prime Minister, who would be democratically elected and have no powers. The sole purpose of the Prime Minister was to act as a response to critisisms of North Galour's lack of democracy. Although elections were held for the position, it was the supreme leader who elected the Prime Minister, who was uncontested as all parties apart from the Democratic People's Party had been outlawed. Duranak Daggeth died in year 145, and was succeeded by his son, Zanozzizibiz Daggeth. Zanozzizibiz abolished the post of Prime Minister after serving as it himself under the rule of his father. To this day, the supreme leader continues to enforce Zamorakian rule. Every supreme leader has been a member of the Democratic People's Party, and it was founded by Zabazz Al Daggeth himself. It is the only political party in North Galour, as all other opposition parties and groups have been exiled and banned.
