  • Little is known about Rufter's origens, or what made him so evil. However, it is known that he was originally a Human, and a skilled user of dark magics and a very sadistic man. Using his dark magics, he transformed himself into a building voulintarily-- becoming a darker and more terrifying creature (edifice?) than anyone could have imagined. When the Dreamer encountered him in a dream, Rufter was only too eager to eat the new morsel-- only to discover that the Dreamer wasn't such a pushover and proved to be a real thorn in his side. Since then, Rufter has declared the Dreamer his archnemesis. (Miscellaneous Game : City of Dreams)
