You summon a powerful toxic waste which constantly deals damage to your opponent even after it's initial assault. The target must make a save vs poison or take 1d6 points of damage per caster level (max 20d6) and take 2 constitution damage. On a successful save they only take half the hp damage and no constitution damage. If they fail their saves, on subsequent rounds they must make another saving throw, or take 5d6 damage and 1 constitution damage, saving throw negates. The saving throws continue until the target successfully saves against poison, or dies trying.
