I'll make people smile". Filin's phrase "Putin, who are you? Come on, goodbye" was in turn propagated by the press secretary of Ilya Ponomarev and by the Russian art group "Voyna". The Russian hashtag #путинтыктотакойдавайдосвидания ("Putin, who are you? Come on, goodbye") began spreading in Twitter on 29 May, 2012 and entered Twitter's worldwide trends the next day. The phrase "Who are you? Come on, goodbye" later appeared on picket banners in Russia. Song's Youtube uploader, an Azerbaijani minority journalist, chief editor of Baku-based "Tolisi sado" (The Voice of Talysh), Hilal Mamedov was arrested on June 21, 2012 and accused of possession of illegal drugs. A court in Baku has sanctioned a three-month pretrial detention period for him. According to Mamedov's relatives he has never used drugs and the arrest is politically motivated. According to a non-official version, Mamedov was arrested to prevent his participation in Ivan Urgant Russian TV show. Front Line Defenders organization condemned Mamedov's prosecution and demanded immediately release Hilal Mamedov as FLD believes the charges against him "are solely motivated by his legitimate and peaceful work in defence of human rights". Azerbaijani human rights activist Leyla Yunus also says that the irritation of the authorities could because mehkhana hit Ty kto takoy? Davay, do svidaniya! placed in the "You Tube", which is accompanied by a commentary that, while President Ilham Aliyev will spend millions on "Eurovision", meykhana has become popular for free.
