| - Pilot: Alright, D.A.R.K. Squad, we're almost at the drop point. Everyone stand by for deployment in t-minus 5 minutes. Grab your gear, and let's move. I'll be dropping you all off in a jungle, can't risk being spotted. Arthur: Huh... Alright then. He gets up from his seat and puts his headphones away in a storage container as he summons a Katana in his right hand. Pyro! He stabs the blade into the ground, forming his armor as no damage is sustained by the ship. Once his armor is on, he sheathes the Katana in his other hand and walks to the deployment bay Let's get this party started. Jaden: Whew... I'm ready... He gets up and makes sure his clothing his tight and walks to the deployment bay behind Arthur *Nice armor though. Never seen anything like that.* He stretches and looks at his right arm Riley: Ready. Zach: I'm ready, I guess... Aura: Pathetic. Zach: *Zip it!* Bryce: Holsters two pistols, gets some grenades, sheats his knife, puts on his Domino mask, Helemt/mask and leather jacket. *Why three kids, I understand Tilman over there, but why kids?* Ready. Kara: The Firefly like device on her back grows around her into armor Ready. Bryce: You sure? Kara: Yeah...Gives an uneasy expression as She only was used to just being Her and Bryce Bryce: What's wrong? Kara: Snaps back N-nothing, it just feels different... Bryce: Just talk to me, if there's anything wrong. Pilot: Alright, you are all clear for dropping. Good luck everyone. Jaden: Thanks. Won't need luck though. He runs off the deployment bay and spreads his arms and legs and starts sky-diving. WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! His body suddenly gains a boost of energy as he turns around to look up at the jet and smiling and waving at everyone. Riley: Landing successful. Jaden: That... was fun. He takes a deep breath as his hair starts getting caught in the breeze and he closes his eyes, feeling more in touch with the earth. Amazing... He opens his eyes and looks at Riley Do you like nature too? He holds out his arm as a jungle bird flew around him and perched on his finger for a little before flying off. Riley: That's so cool! Oh, yeah I do. Ever since I gained the ability to live life as a human, I wanted to experience EVERYTHING! She listens to all the chatters of the birds to the crickets and walks slowly as she runs her fingers through the leaves of a tree Jaden: Haha I see... He smiles and looks around in the environment then looks up for the rest of the team Bryce: Carried by a ten foot Kara down Okay next time I jump, and you just stay in a pocket. Kara: What's wrong not feeling as manly? Bryce: Just stay in the pocket. Zach: *Do I have to jump?* Aura: Stop being a pussy. Aura: See? You're fairy Zach, born to fly! Unlike these humans and that... wannabe human. Zach: *Perfect landing is perfect.* Arthur: Alright... Let's go. His armor changes back to the Pyro armor as his katana appears, sheathed and held in his left hand Kara: She shrunk down to normal size (5'8") and let her wings be free Bryce: He saw a rabbit and wanted to pet it, but it ran away and he sighed *Looks like I'll have to wait, even after sixty six years.* Kara: Hovers above Riley So anybody knows where this facility is? Riley: Base located. Follow me. Riley dashes off at a solid 40 mph with 0 acceleration time towards the base Arthur: She's fast... Let's follow her... I guess. The air around him changes his armor to the Aero form again. Once that's done, he jumps into the air and flies after Riley, using the air to propel him and keep him afloat Bryce: Runs after her *Why does this feel like Deja Vu, why does this feel like I've been on a team before?* Kara: Giggles and flies as well Jaden: Crap.. He takes off behind them, while taking a look at Zach before he left. He starts to jump from tree to tree, catching up to them and keeping the pace with ease. Zach: Tonight, this night, with my spiritual might: I call upon the powers of the dearly departed to see their life through the light and the dark. Rest in peace for one night. Zach momentarily fades away into a pale looking blur, this ghost-like version of Zach bolt into his friends's direction, slowly rematerializing into the physical Zach, who continues to fly casually. Bryce: Exactly where are we going? Jaden: Wow... This isn't really that elaborate. Riley: Looks sharply at the base I detect multiple signs of thermal energy from within the structure's walls, there are many guards, but it's not their numbers what we should worry about. I have identified their weapons, mostly military grade, but a minority of unknown origin. Bryce: Unknown origin? Kara: Alien? Bryce: They don't exist. Riley: They do, that's a fact. Anyway, should I calculate a suitable plan or allow for more discussion? Bryce: You know if aliens exist I'd be a clone. Arthur: What the hell is that supposed to mean? Walks up to Riley as his armor transforms into its Hydro form, a bow appearing in his left hand Actually, forget it. Let's make this plan. Riley: Okay, well I picked up all I can from your capabilities. But I need further info, mind explaining them to me? Arthur: I'm a Summoner. My abilities essentially allow me to harness elemental power into a humanoid shape. Let's me organize my own attacks. The catch is I can only use one at a time, but that's fine. I can rapidly switch between my Entities, as they're called. For my capabilities, I can snipe with Water, attack-oriented with Fire, Speed-based with Air, and tank/heavy damage with Earth. You tell me what to do, I'll convey the messages to my Entities and we'll move out. Riley: Noted, Jaden? Zach: Fairy magical forces are one the more sophisticated powers in this world, ours are so simple and effective, most versatile too. And I don't have to deal with annoying, privacy invading "entities". Aura: Ouch. Zach: *Ha ha, I wish...* Aura: What a kid. Jaden: He looks carefully at the base while talking to Riley Hmm... Oh... Natural Energy Absorption and channeling into, gas, plasmic, solid or liquid dangerous energies. Looks at Riley I'm not that good with solid and liquid though. He pulls down his sleeve on his right arm to reveal a black tattoo. This is where the Natural Energy absorbs into my body and then where I proceed to convert. Riley: I see, your "tattoo" acts as a conduit and a magnet, it attracts the energy which flows through the cycles of nature, meaning the structure of existence, anything not altered by sentient beings such as humans. You then channel this into you, which you then use to generate matter in four different states, and you've learnt to weaponise this, I assume? Perfect. I already scanned through the database and found your abilities, Bryce and Kara, so no need to explain. I shall formulate a plan now. A split second later Done. First up is Arthur leading on through the front, sending a huge warning attack which will distract and alert them to focus on you. Then Bryce and Kara will break in through opposite ends of the building and take out any back up guards that would intend to take down Arthur, and you kill them before they exit the building. After that is Jaden who will attack the place from behind, and head inside alone to deal damage from within. Outside will be Zach and I, aiding Arthur once the main defenses are used. If this plan is executed perfectly then they shall crumble to dust within minutes. Any questions? Bryce: Lethal or Non-Lethal? Riley: Lethal. Don't let them get back up. Kara: Prisoners? Riley: No point. Bryce: Okay then Arthur charge! Arthur: So I'm up front with Riley and Zach as a distraction. His bow turns into a battle axe as the armor transforms to match Bryce and Kara will be each on opposite sides of the building to take out back-up guards, and Jaden will be solo on the inside. Alright, time to go to work. He puts the axe on his back, then runs up to the entrance of the building Come and get me, a**wipes! He slams the axe's blade into the ground to cause a small earthquake underneath the building, meant only as the warning attack. Guard: Just one man, I don't know if there's more, we could probably take him out, though we may need back-up fast! Arthur: Whispers That's right, come and get it. He smashes the axe into the ground again, causing various earth spikes come out to act as shields, some of the spikes bursting out and impaling a few guards in the head Ooh, that's gotta hurt. Alright, who's next?! Guard: Where's our damn back-up?! Commander: They're still getting prepped, though the ones who already were should be there by now. Guard: There's not much, where the hell are they?! Riley: To Arthur Those troops seem to have powers. Don't underestimate them. To Jaden You should go and check out where they're coming from, take them out before they see the light of day. Otherwise Arthur will be overwhelmed. Arthur: Noted. His axe transforms back into the bow, firing arrows of condensed ice at the soldiers with careful aim Alright, Hydro, a little back-up! A 16-foot tall giant forms from the surrounding waters, a bow forming in its left hand as the giant begins to mimic Arthur by firing arrows at the other incoming soldiers Better! Aura: You're doing it? I didn't know you were that cold-hearted. Zach: Mass graves coming up! Aura: Zach, behind you... Zach: Man, I hate using reverse electricity, makes my hand so itchy. Aura: Do you need me to interfere? Zach: Do you need them to know you're here? Aura: You have a point. Arthur: Hey Jaden, if you could take out those guys in the base, that'd be greatly appreciated. Or if someone else can help me out. Fires an arrow at a soldier sneaking up on Zach Zach's magic is helping, but I need some more help. Continues sniping with Hydro Zach: *Tails, tails please tails!* Zach: *Dammit.* Riley: Hey dumbass! You weren't supposed to attack until their best forces came out! Now they're gonna prepare to take you down aswell! Urgh! She acts pissed off towards Zach F*ck it, Jaden, move your ass! Jaden: Hey Lauren. He dodges a few blasts and jumps out of the way. Lauren: Okay Jaden, I'll guide you through this. Now you see that enemy with the helmet with horns? Jaden: Yep, som- He seems to get hit by a blast from the side but his palm is out with a bright yellow energy surrounding his palm. Fucking... He shoots yellow energy blasts from his hands at the enemy but the enemy deflects it with his weapon and Jaden gets hit with a thin, glowing stick and gets sent back. Lauren: Hey you alright? I thought you would see that coming. Jaden: He spins on the ground recovering Yea... Its just my emotions.. Sorry... He dodges 7 more attacks while running with great speed at the group of enemies and his left fist glows with green energy and when he swipes his hand in the left direction, a chain of explosions initiate, creating a line of explosions and smoke as he wiped out everyone in front of him. Lauren: Oho? You learned it so quickly? Jaden: I'm not a pushover Lauren. He jumps high over the smoke to see more enemies and throws some balls of energy down to create a smoke screen and hits the ground run into the building, dodging most of the attacks that are coming at him. Lauren: Okay, you ready to take out most of the enemies for the team? Jaden: You bet... He jumps over an enemy and throws them over his shoulder into an incoming barrage of blades launched at him. Lauren: Okay, you've got to follow Riley's analysis and take find where most of the reinforcements are entering from. Enemy: Looks like you failed your mission already hm? The person raises their arm and slams it into Jaden and he gets hit in his shoulder into the ground, making it crack. Jaden: Aghh... He manages to do a backflip and make his right leg glow with energy as he kicks completely upward, kicking the enemy's chin quickly, hitting him up a floor and making the rest of the ceiling fall down. He jumps up a floor and sees multiple enemy's gliding at him, so he spins around and kicks them all, nearly breaking their necks, backs and pelvic areas. As he's about to land he dashes over to a large hallways that the forces seem to be coming out of. Lauren: Do the Full Moon Shadow!! Jaden: Heh... Got it. Energy cloaks his body as he's going at the hallway and he seems to get ambushed by more forces and they launch all types of projectiles at him while grabbing his arm with a burning chain. AGH! Ahhh Full Moon Shadow!! His body's energy turns dark as he starts to spin...
