During the main story, Alexa helps Dr. F upgrade the F-Manipulator for you, as well as asking you to help her keep tabs on the MorcuCorp Agents, by implanting them with tracking chips. Once Dr. F and T.O.B.O.R. leave to do some tests in the desert, Alexa and N.O.R.I. stay behind at the lab to finish their testing. She will be available to be recruited after all her dispatch missions are completed.
