If built, it will become the second tallest building in the state of New Mexico after The Residences at Packard Place. This building will include a hotel, office space, and a limited amount of retail space. The Chant Tower is proposed at the southern end of the Jefferson corridor, an area where there are currently no buildings taller than six stories. This building's completion date is currently unknown.
