At the end of the Great Galactic War, the division's 4th Marine Battalion sustained heavy casualties during the Sacking of Coruscant, resulting in the battalion's withdrawal from active service for a time. Along with the rest of the Corps, the division was disbanded as a result of the Ruusan Reformation.
