The Systian Rebellion, otherwise known as the Systian Civil War, was a conflict that ran before and concurrently with the Jedi Wars, involving the suppressed Systians and their fight for independence against the oppressing Sith Empire. The rebellion was ultimately triggered by the Siege of Syst in 78, 164 ABY, and several lesser battles were fought, ousting the weakened Sith Empire and securring Systian independence. A similar uprising on Styaros VII shortly after.
