The album title is possibly a spoof of Eazy-E's final album "Str8 off tha Streetz of Muthaphukkin Compton". As an easter egg, the album appears in various places in Grand Theft Auto IV. This album can be found in Grand Theft Auto Online as a gold record mounted on the wall of several high-end apartments.
