This Technique was invented by Shōju Hyūga in an attempt to find a new way of fighting other Shinobi. He is able to neutralize as opponents chakra while it is building up to use a technique. This effectively makes all Ninjutsu and Genjutsu techniques ineffective against him. It is classified as an A rank technique and a rare one since Shōju is the only known shinobi to use this jutsu. Only a Hyuga is capable of using it and most don't even think to use their Byakugan for this.

Only a Hyuga is capable of using it and most don't even think to use their Byakugan for this. Using his Byakugan Shōju is able to see the Ninjutsu or Genjutsu being formed before it is actually used, and can tell what type of jutsu it is. He can see the chakra being built up so to counter this he has to get into close range and as their chakra is forming he mixs a small portion of his chakra with the enemies disrupting the flow and Dispersing of the technique before it is even formed. It requires great chakra control to be able to use this technique, and one must have the ability to flow their chakra into other beings. A downside to this technique is that one must be withing close range of the enemy and has to have physical contact with them even if its only for a second. This can be a problem to those whose speed is less then their opponents.
