The Force-channeler gauntlet was a Sith artefact invented by Daphne Greengrass, a Sith acolyte and sorceress, in order to fully access the Force. The gauntlet could only be used by someone who already posessed a connection to the Force, such as wizards, and it required the usage of several layered rituals to be created. The overall aspect of the Force-channeler gauntlet was based on the gauntlets used by the Dark Lord of the Sith Exar Kun, and it possessed a lightsaber crystal specially created in order to filter the Force energy flowing through the gauntlet. If enough energy was gathered in the gauntlets, it would be released in a fashion similar to a dark side burst.
