  • T'Dakka V was a planet located in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fifth planet in orbit of the T'Dakka star system. Also known as the "Place of Death", T'Dakka V and its system are located on the far side of the Klingon Empire, away from the Federation and Romulan Star Empire borders. Possessing an arctic climate, the planet would be of little significance if it were not for the fact that it marks the first encounter between the Klingons and the Kinshaya. Since that encounter, the Klingons have attempted to fortify their position through the construction of major star fortresses in the area. (FASA RPG module: The Klingons: Game Operation Manual)
