Luke Skywalker sat cross-legged on the mossy ground. The Force filled him with incredible strength; gave him focus. Allowed him to realize his own greatness among men, but his own insignificance compared to the power within and without. His eyes were closed, shutting out the cold world and it's crummy existence. "I wondered when you would show up," he called out, opening his eyes to see the shimmering blue figure that was Obi-wan Kenobi, "You have been away for a long time." Obi-wan didn't come closer, but stared at him with a small smile. "I have been busy," he admitted. "Busy?" Luke asked.

Many men consider Luke Skywalker to be the greatest man of his age. Or of any age. But, Luke knew that if they had the insight to what really was, they would not dare to think such things. He compared not with the wisdom of Yoda; the benevolence of Obi-wan. In their great shadow, he was but a footnote. "Treading the paths few know of," Obi-wan explained, and the explanation said a lot, and yet said nothing at the same time, "I have seen what some consider unworthy of notice. Some things are greater then us and see us as pinpricks on their sleeves." Luke smiled. "You speak in riddles old friend," he chided. "I speak plainly," Obi-wan countered, walking up and sitting by him, "I wish to share one of the wonders I have seen with you." Luke threw a leery glance at him. "What wonder might this be?" he asked. "Have you ever heard the theory of the Mirror Universe?" Obi-wan asked. Luke frowned in concentration. "Vaguely." "It says that there is an alternate universe," Obi-wan explained, "And that everything that exists here should exist there." "In theory there could be two mes running around," Luke smiled in amusement. "There is," Obi-wan flatly said. "Really?" Luke said, intrigued, "So there are two Grand Masters running around. Tell me about him." "Better yet," Obi-wan smiled, "I can show you."
