Joseph Maguire (born 1952) retired from the United States Navy as a Vice Admiral in 2010. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, a foundation which provides scholarship grants as well as educational counseling to the children of fallen Special Operations troops. The foundation also provides immediate financial assistance to severely wounded warriors and their families. Maguire is highly revered as a leader in the U.S. Navy SEAL community.
