USS Jamestown (NCC-1843-B) was a Constellation-class exploration cruiser on active duty in Starfleet from 2298 to 2328. It was the seventh spacecraft to bear the name. (Starfleet International: USS Jamestown) One of Jamestown-B's commanding officers was Commodore Matthew Decker IV, the great-grandson of Commodore Matthew Decker. Among the Jamestown-B's missions was the mapping of Sector 424, which took 12 years to complete. Jamestown-B was decommissioned in 2328.
