The Quinn house was the London home of the Quinn family, including young brothers Danny and Patrick until the latter disappeared through an Anomaly circa 1995. Many years later, in 2011, Patrick returned as an adult to his old home. Lily, an elderly lady who had apparently lived there since 1995, recognised him as the missing boy, but Patrick declared that boy was dead, because he had taken up the name Ethan Dobrowski. He then ran away from his childhood home leaving Lily confused. (Episode 4.6)
