Universal Tijuana is a theme park resort located at Tijuana, Mexico. Similar to Universal Orlando, it consists two theme parks (Universal Studios Mexico and Universal Metazoa ), a downtown district (Ciudad), a water park (Universal's Volcano Bay Mexico), and four hotels (Universal Studios Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Jurassic Park Lodge, and Cabana Bay Beach Resort), which all of them and a resort itself are owned and operated by Attractions and Entertainment of Mexico (ATEM), a joint venture of NBCUniversal (a Comcast company) and Federal Government of Mexico.
