Kristov III led an invasion of Gaduridos following the assassination of his father, Kristov II. The invasion was backed by several members of the Alliance of Terran Republics and the International Monarchist League, who all despised the House of Adamson and needed someone to topple the Adamsonite regime. He had the internal military title of "Brigadier" within the Army DeKarav. Kristov III's campaign was successful in Gaduridos. He converted Gaduridos to a Principal Republic, and became its first Prince. In addition to the title "Prince of Gaduridos", Kristov III held the honorary Indralan title of "Most Honourable Marquess of Shan" As the new head of the Karav Dynasty, Kristov III also held the title of "Count of Luthori" - his "Principal Republic" idea in Gaduridos was eventually used in Lodamun when the Karavs moved there after fleeing Beluzia.
