- Jonathan Michael "John" Howard (December 6, 3697 - March 10, 3783) was a Rutanian politician and businessman who served a single term as the President of Rutania. After serving as the CEO of InTerra for 5 years, he successfully entered into politics as the Governor of Ardinia and served two terms in that capacity before becoming President. At a net worth of 250 million RUT, he was the richest person in modern Rutanian history to become the President.

- John Howard was also known to make poor decisions as regard to his facial hair. Stephen warned this sawed-off wallaby to keep his shrimp-on-the-barbie-stained fingers off Senator Obama, and leave the criticism of American citizens to American citizens.
- John Howard is currently a senior gameplay designer at Radical Entertainment working on the up-coming Prototype 2 game. In the past Howard has been the owner of Cannonball Creative (a game design company), as well as being a lead game and graphic designer at such companies as Microsoft, FASA Interactive, Virtual World Entertainment Group, and a creative partner at The Leap Partnership.
